Chinese Exercise

This gentle exercise is ideal for improving strength and balance and can help reduce the risk of having a fall. Sessions are held weekly on Thursdays between 10.30-11.30am at Tolleshunt D’Arcy Village Hall and are free of charge. All abilities are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
