Extra Support  Aged 16-25?
The Volunteer Centre also hosts the Supported Volunteering Project which provides a helping hand to anyone who wants to volunteer, but may feel that they need a bit of extra support.

If, for example, you are recovering from a period of mental ill health or have a learning disability, you might find taking the first step into volunteering a bit daunting. The Supported volunteering project aims to make this as easy as possible.

For more information on this project click here
If you are aged between 16-25 and thinking
about volunteering  you may also be interested in contacting the youth volunteering "v" team.

They can help you to find out more some of the
exciting youth  opportunities in the county and have a
recognition scheme for your volunteering hours.
