If you or someone you know has time on their hands and wants to help others, volunteering as a Viking Driver can provide a fulfilling role.  Any amount of time that you are able to give us is welcomed.  Even an hour or two each week will make a huge difference to an isolated person.

We are also keen to hear from volunteers with office experience that can help us in the administration of the scheme.

Viking Social Car Volunteers use their own vehicles to transport locally.

Viking Minibus Drivers drive one of our fleet of minibuses.  These volunteers receive nationally-recognised training called MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme).
