Training and Meeting Room

Maldon and District CVS training room holds up to 15 people meeting room style and up to 20 for more informal meetings.

Members looking for a meeting space can book the room in office hours up to once a fortnight free of charge. More frequent useage or use outside of office hours can be negotiated.

Resource Library

Our Resource Library holds a wealth of information relevant to the voluntary sector and management of the sector. Topics include

All items are free to use or borrow for  members

Equipment Loan

Members are welcome to borrow display and presentation equipment to enhance their community events or activities. Items available for loan include
  • Display boards 
  • Powerpoint project and screen
  • Overhead projector
  • Flip charts
  • Gazebo

Photocopying and Office equipment

Members are welcome to use M&DCVS Office equipment such as photocopier, printer, laminator etc.  A charge is made for these services. View our price list here.

Additionally if you have a large administrative task such as a mail shot or preparation of papers for an AGM it may be possoible for us to arrange a volunteer team to carry out these tasks on your behalf
